This policy explains what personal information Adamas Tech Consulting Private Limited (“Adamas Tech”, “we”, “us”) collects through the arivoo website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

arivoo is an education management platform built and operated by Adamas Tech Consulting Private Limited, a company registered in India. For the purposes of this website, we decide how and why your personal information is used.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the arivoo website and the forms on it, such as Book a demo. It does not cover information processed inside the arivoo platform on behalf of a school, university or other institution — that is governed by our agreement with that institution, and the institution’s own privacy notice.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a demo we collect your name, work email and phone number, together with the page you were on when you sent the request. If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting server records standard technical information when a page is requested — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the website secure and working. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and when a form is sent), without sending your name, email or phone number to it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.

Information stored on your device

The website remembers a few preferences in your browser’s storage, such as your language. These are explained in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your demo request and arrange a walkthrough.
• To send you a confirmation of your request and follow up about arivoo.
• To keep the website secure and to diagnose problems.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal basis

We process your information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and where necessary for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting our website. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the GDPR or similar laws apply, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website, and only for that purpose:

• Google — demo requests are processed by Google Apps Script and delivered by email through Google Workspace.
• Our cloud hosting provider — which stores the website and its server logs.
• Google Fonts and public content-delivery networks — which deliver fonts and code libraries to your browser and can see your IP address when they do.
• YouTube — product videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and only load from YouTube when you press play.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case the information remains protected by this policy.

International transfers

Our team works across India, Europe and North America, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows — normally no more than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for institutions and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. To make a request, email Info@adamastech.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
