Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains how the arivoo website uses cookies and similar browser storage. The short version: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and we do not use advertising cookies.

What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Websites can also keep small amounts of information in your browser’s local storage (kept until you clear it) and session storage (cleared when you close the tab). Together these let a site remember your preferences.

What this website stores

Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described below, the arivoo website keeps only these items in your browser’s storage. They never leave your device:

NameTypePurposeDuration
arivoo_langLocal storageRemembers the language you chose (English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish or French).Until you clear it
olli_hiddenLocal storageRemembers if you closed Olli, the on-site guide, so it stays hidden.Until you clear it
olli_arriveSession storageStops Olli’s welcome animation repeating on every page during a visit.Until you close the tab
arivoo_mn_openSession storageRemembers which section of the phone menu you last opened.Until you close the tab
arivoo_try_ok, arivoo_try_meLocal storageAfter you fill in the TestGUARD “Try it out” form: lets you reopen the demo without filling it in again, and shows your name, email and phone on the demo’s report. Stored only in your browser.Until you clear it

These are needed for the features you use.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and features are used, so we can improve the website. Google Analytics sets these first-party cookies:

NameProviderPurposeDuration
_gaGoogle AnalyticsDistinguishes visitors with a random ID.2 years
_ga_CJQD52EJYDGoogle AnalyticsKeeps track of your current visit (session).2 years

We also record when a “Book a demo” or “Try it out” form is sent, without your name, email or phone number. Google processes this data under Google’s privacy policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services

  • YouTube — product videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; once you do, YouTube may store cookies or similar data under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts and public content-delivery networks deliver fonts and code libraries. They receive your IP address to serve these files but are not used by us for tracking.
  • Book a demo / Try it out — submitting either form sends your details to our Google Apps Script service; this does not place cookies on our website.
  • TestGUARD demo — the demo exam loads Google’s MediaPipe face-detection files from public content-delivery networks. Your camera, screen and photos stay in your browser and are not uploaded.

How to control them

You can delete stored data or block cookies at any time in your browser settings — usually under Privacy or Site data. If you clear this site’s data, the website will simply forget your preferences, and Google Analytics will treat your next visit as a new visitor.

Changes to this policy

If we start using new cookies or similar technologies, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
